I recently looked at my credit file and I have a 6months late payment for Vodafone. This happened when the system migrated into a new system and I was double billed a couple of times. I literally spent hours on the phone trying to rectify it, which took months to do. As soon as it was sorted it was paid in full. During this time my phone was active the entire time due to the fact it was an ongoing problem which no one seemed to be able to resolve. How can I get this resolved, I have attempted live chat but the person was less than helpful?
