Hi. Live chat is unavailable. My iPhone 4s is not working in Mauritius. Last time the same happened. Went to Apple Store afterward and they said it is not a problem with my iPhone but Vodafone. Vodafone advisers told me to contact them once I can replicate the problem again. Here I am. In Mauritius and my phone is not working. It is also not working with my husbands SIM card. I have international roaming and the phone is not blocked. Can someone help me with this? I cannot call a premium number as abroad atm. Live chat is not working.
