I have been trying to get onto live chat since yesterday - 'No advisors available..'
Where are they?
I have literally spammed your @VodafoneUKHelp account to the point they have a screen of notifications from me uninterrupted, yet they have chosen to ignore it and no reply. They are STILL referring customers to live chat, even though it's not working.
What's going on?

Same here - it's not convenient for everyone to sit on the phone all day e.g. while at work, whereas I can use live chat potentially.
Not being able to get into the Live Chat system and also not having any sort of queue for it so you can wait for an operator to become available isn't great (and is also not how Live Chat works on other websites).
You'd be better off saying it is completely unavailable rather than suggesting if people keep refreshing they may get an advisor. Last week it was similar but eventually I got onto it, usually it seems to work better in the afternoon 😕

From other posts it does seem like live chat has been busy. Usually accessing via a computer and leaving the chat window open until an agent becomes available is the generic advice.
Customer service via 191 too.
For non account enquiries the members here maybe able to help.
Alternatively as this forum is owned and monitored by Vodafone the Vodafone Tech Team maybe able to help. They will answer asap.

No, business chat does not work at all, it's shown as offline and has been for days.
For anyone needing live chat for business, go via the personal page, you can be redirected to a business advisor (you may have to argue the point they can redirect you though).
