I received an offer of a tariff upgrade on my Vodafone app, I phoned and used chat to confirm. I was told i couldnt have it. I was going to click the offer but after phone call i was told i would lose my household discount. This is totally misleading and because of this I shall be in touch with trading standards if not resolved.

@markb1604 - I’m sorry to hear what’s happened.
It’s only possible to apply one discount to a contract - if the offer you received on the app included a discount, this will be why the Household discount couldn’t be applied too.
