Mobile BroadBand - pay as you go account problems

Hello. I have a mobile broadband pay as you go from vodafone. I have made an online account and then it tells me to click on complete registering button but then it goes to a error page that say sorry we are having a problem with out end. it will be fix soon but i had that since saturday. What is going on??

I have the same problem, also when I click on the help link it takes me to an error page saying bad request (on both IE and Firefox after clearing cache and cookies).

Welcome to the eForum :D it is always good to see new faces on here.

So I can have a look at fixing this, I do need to see what is happening with your online account.

I have therefore sent you both an email, if you can reply back to this with the relevant information we can then do this.

Hi, i used a voucher last time to top up but decided this time to do it online - however im not getting past the 19 digit number for my debit card stage, and it IS the right number. Help!
