I'm sorry to hear you're having issues. By any chance, did you upgrade from an earlier version of windows, or do a clean install of Windows 7?
If it was a normal upgrade, we have had some reports of it corrupting the installation of Vodafone Mobile Connect. This should be easily fixed however by uninstalling the program, and then re-installing the latest version from our website
here.
