Mobile Broadband Payg

I have bought one of your £15 PAYG mobile broadband 1gb sims on the internet- Number on sim is 8944#########. I can't find an apropriate place to register this sim on your site.

Is there some way I can register it and buy topups from you. How do I find out the other number of this sim? I am using it in my MiFi modem

Yes good idea but when I tried this it only reveals IMSI No - but no details of SIM. No. So once again,how do I register this so that I can top up and and check usage??

You don't need to register it to check your usage or to top up, when you have loaded the software onto your computer you can check your usage from Vodafone Mobile Connect. Topping up is easy too, you can either top up with a credit or debit card from the main dashboard or just get a £15 top up voucher and enter the voucher number on the main dashboard. If you want to register your number, you can call customer services. You will need to register it if you wish to take off the content bars.

Hi Paulilman

You will need to call PAYG on 08700776655 so that they can register the USB dongle with your details as we will need your name, address etc for the online account to work.

They will then be able to supply you with the mobile number associated to your account and once your details are registered you will be able to create a new My Account
