Hi Andi,
I can see that there are a few different questions raised here and you can find the answerds below;
As you currently have an agreement with us you can get up to 5GB of data included in your plan.
If you are using the BIS services then you can up the usage to 5GB from 500 MB and will cost a total of £22.50.
This charge includes your BIS activation and service.
unfortunately these plans arn't available on a PAYG phone and you would incurr a daily rate charge of 50p per 25MB.
In my opinion it would be more benaficial to use the via the phone and tether you blackberry top your PC which will enable to USB charging at the same time and pay the £22.50 for this service.

Mobile Broadband Via The Phone will not work on Pay As You Go plans sadly.
Also, just to clear up confusion, it isn't 50 pence per 25 megabyte on PAYG data:
For just 50p a day you can use up to 25MB of data this works out at 2p per MB. If you go over your 25MB limit, we’ll get in touch – so you know where you stand. It won't class as another 50p, and is a fair use policy. Also, you can’t use data services like making calls over the internet or sharing data files over the internet when you pay as you browse.
