Mobile Broadband Via Phone

I have been trying to look into this mobile broadband via phone. I am a LOYAL vodafone monthly customer and have spent a fortune in the past with vodafone.

I call up this morning to enquire about adding this to my contract and i waas told "i'm sorry your price plan is not compatable for this option" Well thank you.. on the webiste it says:

"If you’re a pay monthly customer and you’d like to use your phone as a modem you’ll need one of our Mobile broadband via your phone packs. Simply use your phone as normal – and if you have a 3G phone, connect it to your laptop to turn your phone into a modem. Before you get started, you might need to make a few changes to your phone’s settings – your user manual will have all the details."

Nowhere does it say i need a specific price plan. Well if you dont want my money then fine!! I will go elsewhere. Loyalty is nothing.. i have another gripe but not about this so will put it elsewhere!
