Mobile Broadband - unable to download or load pages again

Hi,

I was involved in the topic "Mobile Broadband - Connected But Won't Load Websites", where the problem was download speeds....or rather lack of them. The problem at the time lasted for about a week in my case then was sorted and everything worked well....until last Friday when once again I've had no ability to download at all (apart from three instances which lasted about thirty seconds apiece), and, to be frank, I'm not happy! I've tried several different laptops and PC's - nothing, nada, nowt.

Is there a problem with the network in my area? my postcode is TS18 3UQ. I will give it one more chance but will cancel my contract if I can't get it sorted and go back to 3, who were a bit slower but much more reliable.

I'm currently able to access the internet by tethering my T-Mobile phone to my PC

Very quick edit of my title - that bodes well for looking into my problem!

Hi oldbie.

I can understand your frustration at a repeated problem.

There are 4 sites in your area:

  • 64585 (3G only) up and running fine.
  • 15064 (2G only) A few data faults on this which I would like to rise as a case.
  • 51875 (3G only) Up and running fine.
  • 3513 (2G only) Up and running fine.

I would like to raise a case about the coverage in this area due to site 15064.

I’ve sent an email to your registered address. If you could reply back with the details needed. We can have a look for you.

Thanks

Hi BenJ

Just logged on and found everything to be back up and running normally again, whatever you've done certainly did the trick. I will keep the email in my inbox and use it if I have further problems.

Thanks
