Once you've checked the 5 boxes on the first page and move onto the next page, you can pick the data device from the drop down menu Phone's Manufacturer.

None of which 'fits' into your web form which asks for a fone manufacturer

PS: correction (a colleague misread my communication), one cant get further than the first page with a paygo mobile wifi

Tick all 5 boxes on p1, including the one about PayM bills.
On p2, there's an option under manufacturer for Vodafone Data Devices.
Does that enable you to move on?

Yep, it enabled 'move on'. prob now is that your form askes for a "valid 11 digit number" in place of ##~##.

When entering your number in the form, please ensure this starts with '07'.
