Hi I'm currently using a pay as you go sim whilst the fraud team deal with a separate issue however I currently can't access mobile data and wondered if this is a setting issue

Is this happening everywhere or in one area ?
Check your Signal / Data connection via the Vodafone Network Checker Here.
Do you see data connection icons in the Homescreen such as 2G , 3G etc ?
Can you call and text Ok ?
Check your MyVodafone for your allowances.
I'm sure you've checked but is Mobile Data definitely toggled On in the phones settings ?
Vodafone Payg Settings are slightly different to Pay Monthly.
Try texting WEB to 40127 and follow the return prompts.
You can manually check and change them too.
