Mobile hotspot

Pay as you go mobile hotspot. I bought it yesterday. Apparently we used £18 of data in one day when we were mostly out!!! That can't be right. Plus I can't top up from my phone and I can't top up with a debit card. I can't remember my Online login. I can't get a reminder. I can't speak to a person. I'm close to weeping. The whole experience is horrendous.
