i have been using my vodafone mobile broadband using dongle model E272
i have recently been sent a new model K4505
i use 2 laptop computers at work connected back to back
my dongle E272 works fine but my new dongle model K4505 will not work when the computers are back to back but will work fine when the computers are used in isolation
it is impossible for my business to run the computers without being connected back to back
can you suggest a way around the new dongle problem
thanks

Hi okobieuk

Firstly welcome to the Vodafone eForum. :)

Before I can assist, I need you to clarify one or two points for me:

What do you mean when you say the laptops are connected "back to back"? I assume you mean they are linked together and normally share the connection, but can you confirm exactly how they are connected?

What laptops are you using, and what OS (Operating Systems) are installed on them?

Finally, you stated it works fine with your old modem, when you attempt to use the new model, how far do you get, and do you receive any error messages, and if so, what are they?

If you can forward this information, I will be able to assist further.
