Move to IOS app

I currently have a Samsung galaxy S5, and have just upgraded to an Apple 6S. I am having trouble transferring all my data using the Move to IOS app. I have spoken to Apple, been into an I store and into Vodafone for help. I can get as far as putting in the transfer code, but as soon as I do, the Samsung drops it's wifi connection, and I finally receive a message to advise that 'no compatible phone found' Apple advise me it should work, but maybe there is something in my Samsung settings. Any ideas....Please? ??
