See lots of negatives for Vodafone but since moving over from Demon have received good service. Initial swap over was delayed due to line problems but having chased CS I received texts letting me know what was happening. Phone calls answered in a few minutes every time aand unlike Demon's useless Indian call centre Vodafones has been very good. Having let the system train and settle it was obvious we had a line fault still as speeds were slow 7.9 down and 0.8 up.
Call to CS outlined problem, no quibbles or waffle, told would be actioned in 48 hrs - within 12 speed up to 16.4 and 3.6. Then phone call from Fibre team to say engineers visit required. Phone call was at about 2pm, visit arranged for next morning, 8.30am Openreach arrive, test out then go check cabinet, find fault with cabling, repair then back to house fit brand new splitter BT box 5c to replace my VDSL splitter (working ok but they wanted to fit their one). Result speeds 22.9 down and 3.6 up. Not blistering but we are 1.4km from cabinet and overhead cabling for 100 yards.
Appreciate some people have not had good service but I'm pleased with mine.
