My Vodafone App Q10 for Blackberry Q10

Hi,

Is support currently planned for the Blackberry Q10? As the app currently doesnt support it. (Nor does it allow it to be downloaded from Blackberry App World)

@madasman, you might be able to get the app file using an Android Emulator for the PC and downloading it from google play

well managed to get an apk file and convert it to bar, sideloaded it, and guess what. It doesn't bl**dy work Hey ho back to the waiting game

Yes I am waiting for the My Vodaphone app to be available for the Q10 too. If I click on the link on your website to get it, it takes me to the BlackBerry World store, but it just says 'not available for your device'.
You might at least put a note on your download page for the app, explaining that it is not yet available for Q10. You offer the Q10 to your subscribers, so it is a bit remiss that the app isn't available for them!

Totally agree with your comments, not enough people with BB10 (Q10) phones I think. This post has been running for a while now and still no app.

Rest assured this is being worked on. We're not ignoring Q10 users, but we can't release it until it's ready.

Yes, but why not put an explanatory note to that effect on your 'download our app' page? Otherwise it just makes you look clueless and that you don't realise there's no Q10 app. And presumably you want to sell Q10 phones to subscribers? It's not exactly going to encourage business is it? Just makes people think BlackBerry 10 are rubbish and have no apps available, when even your own service provider doesn't support it!
