My Vodafone App wont install

I cant download the Vodafone App from Android Playstore - If I try from the link in an sms from Vodafone then it keeps telling me that it is not "Available in my country" but I am IN the UK using a vodafone pay as you go sim. Or if I go directly to the Play Store and search it says "not compatible with your device", which is a Samsung S4.

Any ideas on what the issue is and how to fix it?

Sorry if you've followed from this link but please try clearing your caches and cookies , soft reboot the phone by turning it off and on and perhaps try again. Using another browser such as chrome may help.
