I have had a Vodafone Sure Signal V3 running ok until recently when it stopped working altogether, This is rather annoying as I have no signal at home and my job requires me to be contactable 24 hrs for security calls. The unit appeared to be running hot, then with no warning it stopped altogether. I understand through Citizens Advice that this seems to be a known fault with this item, and that I am entitled to a replacement. Can you please let me know how to arrange for the replacement? Thanks

Hello @aljlp4
There is a known problem with some of the v3 SS Units.
If you have not already please unplug it now.
The SS comes with a 24 month manufacturing warranty but even if thats expired they'll still help.
