Nearly New Sure Signal V3

My new Sure Signal plug failed and Vodafone replaced with a Nearly New version. This works well except all locations on my phone point to a place in Oxford which is odd when I live in Wimborne Dorset. This only happens when I am in range of the plug and I had no issues on the old one.

I have been onto Vodafone three times now having reset the post code, de-regerstering the re- regerstering all with no change. I am guessing who ever had this unit before me lived in Oxford. I can even pinpoint where they live with OpenSignal app on my phone.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Have you tried updating the post code online here? If it's still showing the location as Oxford pop me a message here and we'll take a closer look :).

Has been escalated to level 3 Sure Signal support team. I have been assured it will be resolved within 5 days !!!!
