I cannot register my v3 Sure Signal. On the website the registration form constantly returns an error message (see attached image), so I called the technical team and after a lengthy conversation they assured me that they had successfully registered it for me. However, four days later there is still no sign of the unit being registered in my online account details, and the physical box is still in 'Connecting' mode, i.e. the main red light is on constantly, with the Internet light flashing. Can someone please help?

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
