Network Time Problem

Hello,

I am from India.

I am working on a GSM based device where the device synchronizes its clock to the local time provided by the network. But I have observed that the time lags by 12-14 hours per day. There is no DST here.

Also the interesting thing is that the device works perfectly well with SIM cards from other service providers.

Can anyone please help me?
