Hi a Network Unlock code form was sent on Wednesday via Vodafone chat advisor, I still have a copy of the transcript. I have not received any emails regarding confirmation of request. What do I do??

Are you able to complete the online unlocking form if needed ?

Hi there is nothing in my spam folder as been checking it.
The advisor had to do the form for me as there was an error everytime I tried to do submit the form.

My advice would be to contact customer service on Monday if you do not hear anything in the meantime @kirstypinson
