New NTE

[FY13]

How can I get a new NTE master socket for my place? I get rubbish speeds when connected normally, but increases to normal when connected to the test socket.

I'm wondering if you'd need to speak with B.T who would have I assume originally fitted the equipment @FY13

I've seen YouTube videos about this but it's not something I'd try myself.

Sounds like you have hard wired phone extensions dragging the speed down or a bad filter somewhere or even a unfiltered phone. Either way the solution is under £30 but am I allowed to link to it ?  PM me if you wish.
