New Phone does not connect to SureSignal - other phones are fine

SureSignal 3 is working BUT new phone and SIM card not registering.  SS works with wife's phone, 3rd light operates when call in progress.  I bought a replacement phone.and SIM.  (the old one was working fine).  I deleted its number from the SS list.  After a few hours I re-registered the phone. (texts received for both delete and register). New Phone doesn't see the SS, even when set to 3G only.  I have re-set the SS, wife's phone sees the SS but mine still doesn't.
The same problem happened last time I renewed my phone.  This number has never registered simply, and has always needed Vodafone intervention at the server end, for some reason.  Please could you attempt a server-side re-register?

What light sequence you're seeing:

SS3 - Redlight and first 2 white lights are on.  Third light is on when wife's phone has a call.  No third light when my new phone attempts a call.

@iscotter Thanks for sending over your information 😊
So we can look into this from our end, I've sent you a private message with details on how to contact us.
A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Thank you Colleen.  However, I braved the live chat, and after several attempts (A:  I just couldn't hang on that long, then B: I'd just got through to the techs when my battery unexpectedly died (!) ), I managed to get through and get passed to the SS tech team, who managed to resynch my SS at the server and after a soft reset of the phone, i'm now rocking and rolling again.
