Hello,
I've just changed sims for the iPhone 6s and it's not picking up the signal. Could this be because the SIM serial number has changed?
SureSignal serial number is 40132211752

Hi marc2629,
Yes it's the SIM that decides the connection to the Sure Signal... not the phone.
You will have to delete the iphone from your users list and re-enter it.
More info here especially if the affected phone is yours as it's a different procedure ....
