New SIM not connecting to SureSignal

Hello,

 

I've just changed sims for the iPhone 6s and it's not picking up the signal. Could this be because the SIM serial number has changed? 

 

SureSignal serial number is 40132211752

Fixed it 🙂 de registered it under my Vodafone and then re registered it again. Couldn't remove myself as I am the admin. Thanks!

Hi marc2629,

Yes it's the SIM that decides the connection to the Sure Signal... not the phone.

You will have to delete the iphone from your users list and re-enter it.
