New version of Vodafone Wallet not working Samsung Note 3

Hi

 

I've been using Vodafone Wallet with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 for all of my loyalty card / membership card scans instore for a year or so. A month or so back, I started seeing the message "Wallet update needed" every time I launched the wallet. There is no option to continue using the existing app version, which works fine for my needs. Instead, there is a "Go to Google Play" link which it is not possible to override.

 

When I go to Google Play,I get a message saying, "Your device isn't compatible with this version." Can anyone help with this? It's very frustrating, now that I've taken the trouble to add all of my cards to Vodafone Wallet App which I love.

 

Please help!

I'd be inclined to contact the Wallet team direct.   Try help(at)vodafonewallet.com or ukwallethelp(at)vodafone.com.  Note that you need to replace (at) with the @ symbol of course).

@harestone Have you been able to contact our Vodafone Pay team, to get this resolved?
