Good morning,
Myself and a number of colleagues have had no Vodafone 3G service in Triton Square, London, NW1 3AN for a couple of weeks now. Prior to that the service was very reliable.
Could you please check to see if there is a known problem and feedback any information you may be able to. If there is not a known problem, is it possible to get it investigated?
Thank you very much for your time.

Hi,
Can anyone please advise if there is a proper procedure to follow when reporting service loss? I'd like to get this looked into, but I'm not sure how to go about getting it recorded officially so someone will look into it.
Thank you.

I would like to add that this is affecting a whole range of devices, laptops with built in, laptops with USB dongles, phones. Can anyone at Vodafone please advise what we can do to try and get this resolved? I have a business account, should I be calling customer services? Is there anybody there?

Hey everyone,
Just to confirm that we've seen your post and we're working our way to it as quickly as possible. As we answer everything on a first come first serve basis there can sometimes be a delay before we get to you, however having checked the list I can see you're not far from the top.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime
All the best,

Hi the_narv,
Thanks for your patience with this, I've looked into this further for you and have some more information for you.
Basically, the 3G cell that covers your postcode area doesn't seem to be transmitting any data at all (which explains why you're having the problems you are) although for some reason this wasn't picked up by the automatic systems we have in place to alert us to any problems
It doesn't seem as though anyone else has reported the issue either, or at least it's not as far as being raised to our engineers to be looked into. So that we can get this sorted, I'm going to raise this immediately - however I need your details to be able to do so.
With that in mind I'm going to pop an email over to you - just reply back with your information and I'll do the rest from here
Look forward to hearing back from you!

Hi
I also work in this area of London and have had no HSDPA (but I can connect to slooow GPRS) for about 2 weeks on either my phone or USB dongle - both of which are on Vodafone with different SIM cards. I assumed this was just a general decline in service I've noticed over the past 6 months. Both devices work OK in other areas of London.
Please log me as having a problem in this area too. It's driving me mad!
Thanks

I also work in NW1 3AN and the lack of a 3G signal (for the past couple of weeks) has been very frustrating.
I dont know whether having another person logging this as a problem will help get it resolved quicker, but hopefully it will.

I work in NW1 3AN as well and for the past couple of weeks I have had no 3G signal. If this goes on all month I iwll be claiming my money back
