Hi could you look into to the loss of 3g in this postcode please, the vodafone cell tower is right across the street and still no 3g. Everything was fine up until a couple of days ago, now nothing.

Hi kozzman

I am sorry to see that you are having signal issues in you area.

I understand you want to know something straightaway after posting, but we do work on a first come first served basis which is the fairest way for all of our members.

I have had a look at your local cell site and there is an issue with the 3G, engineers are aware of this under reference 2240001 and this will be fixed asap.

So that this can be added to the faults board, I have past on the information so this can be updated.
