No Connection from VSS v3 - No Internet Connection

HI,
Recevied my new VSS v3 earlier today, set it up, forwarded ports as advised on router but still no internet connection after several hours.
Can someone please advise how long this would normally take to be fully working?

Hi ceace,
To be honest the Sure Signal is mostly designed for calls and texts rather than data although you should still be able to get a data connection.
Can you confirm if you are able to send and receive calls and texts through the Sure Signal?
Also, please can you let me know your Sure Signal serial number so that we can check the registration for you.
