Hi
My sure signal has stopped working after I changed my normal sim to a nano sim. The phone is an iphone 5. I have tried everything suggested on all of the forums but it still will not connect. Do you have to re-sync my sure signal box to my new sim?
My sure signal serial number is;
40122457050
