No Order Confirmation

Hi,

 

Ordered the Iphone 6- 16gb- silver/white on Saturday as an upgrade, i still havent recieved the order confirmation. Ive seen the topic saying emails are slow, but this is from September, is this still the case?

 

I got told it would be delivered towards the back end of next week....:smileyfrustrated:

Did you do it online, in store or over the phone?. 

 

I would suggest the first port of call would be to call 191 and ask them to assist and send the email confirmation across to you. 

 

That said - the slow email issue has been resolved (I believe!).

Don't mess with stupid people. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience. 

I did it over the phone.

Yes i would call aswell there are alot of cases on here of vodafone not setting orders up correctly.

Yes, thats what i have read on here and it got me a bit worried!

Hi,

 

Just recieved my order confirmation for the IPhone 6 Upgrade, i have put in the WEB tracker number, but it is saying it is invalid? Is this because it hasnt been dispatched? or just a glitch?

 

I am getting more concerned as i look through the forums about how bad the service is, as i have never recieved nothing but good service from Vodafone! :womansurprised::womansad:

It should come up (silly question but did you put the delivery address post code?).

 

It could also take some time for the system to come online....

Yes did enter the delivery postcode, had some issues with vodafone last night when i rang!!! I now understand all the complaints about how unhelpful they are over the phone after waiting for an hour to be spoken to then no-one could help. Lots of wrong details put in the order!!! Not very happy with the service, but are still better than o2!! (But i dont think that is a difficult).
