Hello
We have just purchased a Sure Signal v3, I've registered myself and my wife on the vodafone sure signal portal.
After a wait, my phone now has full service which is great. (I have an iPhone 6)
Unfortunately my wife (iPhone 6S) is receiving no service, or 1 - 2 bars and has varying success in sending / receiving texts and calls.
I've removed her from the portal, then re-instated her but to no avail.
What action is needed?

Could you ask her to go into the phones settings and change them to 3G.
Settings/MobileData/Mobile Data Options/Voice and Data/Choose 3G

This would simply force the iPhone on to 3G so it had better chance of latching to the sure signal.
Sorry it didn't work.
