We puchased another sure signal (V3) and installed it on friday.
The old one(V1) we have disconnected, because we couldn't get it work, despite it working for the last 3 years.
The new one only works sometimes, it worked after 1 hour of plugging it in and then didn't work despite the lights not changing.Then after 2 hours we got 3G but only for about 30mins.
I checked the signal again this afternoon (sat) and no 3G signal but the lights are correct.

Thank you for the serial number.
I have resynched the device to clear any faults that may have been there, but I can see you're on the latest software and everything looks good from this end.
Can you let me know what lights your seeing and perform a traceroute for me?
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi,
Version 3, is not working again - hasn't for a few days. I've got all lights as they should be but no 3G signal.
Moved to different port on router
Done tracert, result attached

Yes, Light sequence is the same.
It was working for a few days, but nothing for a few days and we have not changed any settings
We need the device to work at our office, where we have no vodafone signal.
