Yet again our Sure Signal box is failing to give us a signal. Yet again we cannot use our phones at home. Yet gain Vodfone happily charges us the monthly fee. No customer support.The promised call backs simply do not happen. I am appalled. Please can anyone tell me how to complain. I also feel very strongly about going to BBC's Watchdog as I have spent ours this last month trying to resolve this issue and am despairing at Vodafone's arrogance and their total lack of duty of care.

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
