Since last friday I have no internet at home.
Since I upgraded to fibre 76, Vodafones employees are lying.. I was told that I will be connected to fibre in 24h but it took like 2 weeks...
Now since last Friday it doesn't work at all. I reported issue on Friday, but on Tueasday I was told that they did not rised a ticked for my issue at all.. now we have Thursday and the only answer I am able to get from Vodafone it to wait another 72h..
One more note, when it was working I had download speed only around 40Mb instead of 76Mb, which is very poor result, I live very close to the Exchange and should have around 76Mb...

@aniolekx We're really sorry to hear about the issues you've been having and apologise for any inconvenience. Have the Broadband Help Desk advised what the problem might be?

A scripted copy and paste approach to every customer who is having issues with their services. This is all they do mate.
"We are sorry...bla bla bla... Have you tried getting in touch with live chat bla bla ba.. Do you want to email broadband support,.... Do you want to click the link on your private message and fill in the details then a member of staff will get in touch with you from the relevant department.. No one gets in touch.. or when they do, they ask for further details and when they have all the info, they will just blank you. This is all I have had plus many more customers.. And.. now they have stopped replying to my post.
