Hello,
My Sure Signal has stopped working completely. None of the lights on the front of the device are working - even the red power light is not lit or flashing. The only lights on the device are the yellow/green lights next to the Ethernet port.
It has done this several times before, usually after we have some sort of short power cut, but each time before it has recovered after unplugging and resetting (though often it takes a day or so). This time though it has been dead for a week.
Please help - I think I need a replacement, but is there anything else I can try?

Hi Jenny,
I will get that information later on, but maybe I've not been clear... there are no lights lit at all on my Sure Signal, not even the red power light. As far as I can tell all your questions relate to Internet connectivity from my Sure Signal but I don't think it's getting as far as that.
I did look at the troubleshooting thread, but the first question asks me to select which set of lights I'm seeing - none of which match what I'm seeing.

Hi hcarver,
If there is no connection what so ever to the Sure Signal and it's still in warranty, I'd recommend a repair.
Thanks,
Sukhi

Interesting that the traceroute failed... As I said before, there are no lights at all on the front of my device, not even the red power light is lit... but the lights next to the Ethernet port are lit.

Hi, is there any more update on this, or is your recommendation that I get the device repaired/replaced at a Vodafone shop?
Thanks.

I have already tried it in several different power sockets. Note that the yellow/green lights next to the Ethernet port are lit, but the red light on the front is not.

Hi hcarver,
If there is no power light on the front, then it'll need to be sent for repair.
Thanks,
Kay
