Hi there, Ealier today I recieved a sms from the number 40506, informing me I have used all my mobile data. So i went to check my mobile data and I had only used 238mb of it. And I know i get 10gb a month. Now i cannot use any mobile data, which is very unfortuante. I don't really see why this has occured, the only things i can gather is that my mobile is having some kind of fault. It is the VDF 710, Smart prime V8. My other theory is due to my phone being set up with a shared sim. I get 10gb between my two sibling. I went to check one of my siblings phones and he had used 200mb of data, and his data was still working just fine, 4g everywhere fast signal, myself on the other hand have a little explanation mark next to the icon stating i have 4g and cannot use any mobile data. My other sibling on the other hand, lost her phone last week, we have not been called about this nor has the founder bothered to hand it in anywhere, It may have been. This suggests to me that someone is out there using that phone and has used all the data with in the last two days since it was reset, but if that was the case why is only my phone affeced by it, my brothers phones mobile data works just fine. So im in a situation where I have no idea what maybe going on. If anyone may know something please say so, your help is greatly appreciated.

Many phones have inbuilt data monitors or one can be downloaded perhaps from the PlayStore @StevenMastin01
These usually need clearing when the data allowance refreshes.
They'll show what's been using your data allowance.
Vodafone can only advise how much data has been used but not what on.
Some phones also have data bars built in its settings.
Newer vodafone tariffs have a Data Cap facility in MyVodafone. Data-capping.
More data can be added too. Information here > Vodafone Extras.
