Hi, after months of having issues with completing a payment plan with Vodafone, as of today I finally got back on track and was told that my service would be back on as the payment went through successfully. Fast forward four hours and I still have a ‘no service’ on my phone and only can use WiFi. Connection in my area is fine and I reset all my network settings just incase it was my phone. I’ve spoken to other colleagues on the live chat and was told that from there end my sim is now back on however CLEARLY NOT. I can’t receive any text of carrier updates etc because I have no service and it’s never ever taken this long to become active.
Usually it’s back on in minutes, especially if I’ve made payment via phone to a Vodafone colleague.

I'd try ejecting the sim card while the phone is powered off and re insert the sim and fire it back up.
What's probably happening is Vodafones systems are yet to recognise payment and services turned back on.
