Hi,
A few questions if I may.
Is this the same everywhere you go ?
Are you a new customer ?
Have you spoken to customer services via Live Chat,or from a phone that's working to 191 or Landline Tel :03333040191 so they can access your account ?
Have you recently ported to Vodafone from another network ?
Can you try your Sim Card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out the phone or sim card that may be at fault.
Try another Sim in your phone. If necessary any Vodafone Shop can replace the Sim Card via a Sim Swap.
