No signal from Sure signal V to LG G2

Been having problem connecting LG G2 to my SS box for nearly a week now. I've reset box and get lights 1, 2, 4 on but no bars on my LG G2. I leave it for a while and find that when I come back only 1 & 2 are on.
At the moment I have 1, 2 & 4 on and when I check router I find it is connected to to SS box so why no bars on phone? Serial number of SS box is 21223481173

Just checked SS box and now have only 1 & 2 lights on. What is happening? This has been going on for about a week now!!
We have a 3 home signal box and that is working perfectly!!! Maybe we should all change to 3!!!

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
