Hello I need help with an old dated Vodafone bill, I have checked my credit report and see I have an outstanding balance from 2013, I was completely unaware of this and need to resolve the issue ASAP. I have tried speaking to the live chat and to be honest they were absolutely useless. Every time I try and call Vodafone they require me to enter a Vodafone phone number. I don't have a Vodafone phone number. As I am with a different provider now. Can someone please help!

If you ring Vodafone Landline Tel :03333040191 @Fothers1875 And ignore the prompts to key in a mobile number then on the 4th prompt it should change to say press 2 for contract customets.
