I have recently requested a full credit report which has shown a Vodafone account opened in 15/12/2013. No defults and it was a settled account, however Vodafone still have not closed this account. I have tried calling and speaking to someone in store, neither could help as the account is in my previous name and previous address and I do not have any of the account details. How do I have this account closed down?
