When I try to access my Vodafone account, I get this error message:
Password reset doesn’t help, Ive been told the system is down with a technical error but it’s been like this for years; I’ve tried different browsers and devices (phones and PCs). Anyone else had this issue?

I had something similar several years ago and Vodafone fixed it by deleting my online billing account which allowed me to re-register from scratch. If you've had the problem for years it could be one option for Vodafone to consider (that said, I wouldn't know the full ins and outs on what's going on with their systems these days)
