Pay As You Go . . .

I have purchased a pay as you go dongle. It came with £15 of use and I have been informed that I need to use this within the month as I can't carry over any that is unused. Is this just with the first £15 or is this the same for every month....basically if I spend £15 but don't use it all within the month will I lose what is leftover?The sales person didn't seem too sure in the store. Thanks!

If it is a Vodafone PAYG dongle, then so long as you use it at least once every 6 months the remaining credit will remain and not expire. This is the reason I bought mine.

Welcome to the eForum from everyone on the team

Thanks to Ancient-Mariner for this information he has given which is spot on.

If you dont use the 1gb it wont expire as long as its used once every 6 months which is the same for calling credit on our PAYT mobiles, have a look at the PAYT USB Mobem page for all the required information.

When you do need to top up again dont forget to register for the My Account service which will allow you to top up simply online.
