Hi @jonah885
The first thing to do is to check your online account to make sure payments are up to date. You also need to check your online bank account to make sure the last direct debit was taken corretly.
It may be that the bank returned the previous direct debit and it was reversed after leaving your account for your bill payment.
If you still need an answer, it will need account access and this will mean using live chat or calling.

Is there a - sign next to any figures which could mean a refund ?
Maybe call customer service on 191 or Live Chat for clarification.

Yes that's the - sign I mentioned which typically indicates some form of credit / refund.
