Phone Barring

Hi,

I had my HTC One M7 stolen on Saturday night & had it suspended but not barred, they had issues with doing this over the phone, they said you guys may be able to help, I can provide IMEI number etc.

For insurance purposes I also need the barring notice to provide my insurance company.
