I have installed the Sure Signal device at home. But required to use the call centre to register my phone and that of my wife's, as all attempts to find the registration page failed. Under 'My Vodafone' (I am logged in) there is no obvious route to such a funcation or page. I attempted to access 'account settings' - it it there, but there is a constant error message that the link for the page is not working. Since the call centre registered my phone the signal quality is perfect. But my wife's has not altered and I think maybe the number has not been entered correctly. I'd like to be able to go and fix this and manage the registrations, but now even days later I cannot find the pages and under my account settings the same old 'page not available' constantly pops up. Surely Vodafone should have this operating? Any ideas? Thanks.
