Phone return problems

Hello  

I am trying to return a phone. I have already spoken to someone the returns department and i was told an envelope would be sent omy house (2 weeks ago). I am trying to get back to the department I spoke to on the phone but the whole process is very frustrating! There is no obvious number button to press and I can't remember how I got through to them the first time. The automated answer service is terrible.

Please help is there  a direct number I can call without going through the automated process?

A customer service agent on 191 or Live Chat can arrange return bags or can transfer a person to a relevant department.

There isn't a specific number to call.

calling 191 puts me through to an automated service, there is no button to press for returns. I have also done live chat they are next to usless as they could not even find the order!

Try calling 191 and choose Thinking of Leaving.
